Mullahy, a seasoned expert in supply chain management, brings a wealth of experience and insights on building high performing retail and e-commerce supply chain networks.
Mullahy joins Takt during a time of innovation and growth. In 2023, Takt provided real-time analytics to over 15,000 warehouse associates and saved retail and 3PL customers over $7m through warehouse improvement and employee engagement. Takt also marked the launch of its AI-powered assistant “Takt Coach” designed to help warehouse supervisors and managers identify insights and have more effective coaching conversations with employees.

Mullahy first started working with Takt as a design-partner during his 4 years as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Macy’s, providing critical guidance and feedback, before retiring in 2023. During his tenure at Macy’s he oversaw the implementation of increased employee engagement, automation, and expansion of the Macy’s supply chain network. Prior to Macy’s, Mullahy spent 14 years leading supply chain teams at Michael’s Stores, Ulta Beauty, and Meijer and 17 years as a supply chain transformation consultant at Accenture working with storied brands like Saks Department Store Group, Toys-R-Us, and Wal-Mart.
